I have decided to sell my beautiful 2000 Ford Taurus. I am the second owner, and it has been absolutely pampered. I am only selling it to purchase a small European car while I still can since I have no wife or kids yet.

You would be hard pressed to find a 2005 or 2006 in the same condition. I purchased the car at 73,900 miles and since then have flushed the cooling system and transmission TWICE, replaced the spark plugs (good until 160,000 miles now), replaced the rear springs and struts, and have completely over-maintained the car! -Silver metallic paint with very rare ebony leather.

-Personal safety system with ABS brakes, dual stage front airbags, crash severity sensor, seat position sensors, side impact door beams, and front seatbelt pretensioners. This car is VERY cheap to insure since it is so safe. 5 star frontal crash test rating.

-Almost every factory option and upgrade.

-Optional 200HP Duratec Engine with automatic transmission (Over 25MPG on the freeway). Most Taurus models have the standard V6 engine which produces 40 less horsepower AND gets worse gas mileage! (You can tell the difference by the 24 Valve badge on the side near the drivers door).

-Electronic climate control with outside temperature reading. A/C and heater work perfectly. Rear A/C vents as well.

-Cruise control with buttons on the steering wheel.

-Premium MACH sound system with 6 component speakers, 6-cd changer between the front seats, and tape player in the dash (sounds excellent!).

-Power drivers seat with power adjustable pedals, tilt steering wheel.

-Rare ebony leather interior in almost perfect condition. I have dusted and conditioned the leather weekly, and it SHOWS!

-Regularly washed and waxed with quality Griots Garage products.

-No pets or children in the car. About 90% of the miles are all freeway cruising.

-Rear spoiler.

-Power windows and locks, remote keyless entry, perimeter alarm system, and keypad on drivers door so that you can open the car without the key! (GREAT if you lock your keys in the car or trunk!).

-115,000 miles, and still feels new. Come drive the car and make me an offer!

-I have the title in hand. If you need financing, you can get 100% of the purchase price for as a low as 6.5% on this car at Patelco credit union. I highly recommend them.

Minor issues:

-VERY small chip in windshield on passenger side

-Two dime-size door dings

-Auto headlamps do not work, but still work fine if you turn them on manually using the knob on the dash (common problem with these cars)
